Transforming retirement into

‘Life, Work and Leisure after the Police’

Project

Re-positioning, website build and CRM

 

 

We did

Market evaluation, rebranding, positioning development, strap-line creation, look and feel.

From this we developed an all-new website to represent the new positioning.

A user-centred Information Architecture was deployed on a WordPress platform, integrating with a new CRM system deployed from oomph.

We put together a relaunch programme with video, email and digital content development. 

 

The member experience was designed to be engaging, focused on a new and thriving phase of life, not a wind down.
