Evaluation of CRM activity and salesforce environment. Creation of data lake approach to uniquely identify schools for targeting and supporting business case.
Having established a data approach, we refined the salesForce DB structure for better usability, maintenance and integration with the website. We developed new forms and worked on CRM execution using the oomph provided CRM platform.
The idea is to make the act of customers (teachers) telling other teachers about the outcomes of sponsored reads as frictionless as possible.
