Engagement in the Arts campaign makes art everyday

Create Glos exists to 'make art everyday' but it is difficult for the breadth and impact of the Arts to be properly recognised. oomph created an 'Art. Not what I expected' campaign to promote the Arts across Gloucestershire, beginning with Stroud as the test area.

The Arts as a cultural sector has a number of great news stories, not just around the sheer enjoyment people get from participation and spectating but increasingly in the areas of mental health and wellbeing.

Create Gloucestershire is an umbrella organisation for the Arts and represents arts organisations large and small amongst its 100-strong memebership. Following a strategic review, CG decided to focus on these positive stories and avoid the special pleading which can undermine appreciation of the contributions the Arts make to society.

oomph created the 'Art. Not what I expected' campaign to promote the value and accessibility of the Arts around the county, starting with Stroud as the test area prior to rollout.
